Rev Keith Evans (RPCNA) received his Association of Certified Biblical Counselors certificate from retiring ACBC President, Dr. Heath Lambert. Prof. Evans will be inaugurated as RPTS’ Professor of Biblical Counseling on Friday, November 2, 2018, at 7 pm at North Hills Reformed Presbyterian Church, 606 Thompson Run Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
