Kyle Borg

USA (RPCNA representative)

Kyle Borg has been the pastor of the Winchester Reformed Presbyterian Church in Winchester, Kansas since 2013. He and his wife Rachel have been blessed with five children. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Having been born and raised in rural south-central Minnesota, Kyle has a heart for the rural church. Currently he serves as the chair of the Midwest Presbytery’s Candidates & Credentials Committee, and the RPCNA’s Education & Publication Board. He is a regular blogger at Gentle Reformation and co-hosts two podcasts The Jerusalem Chamber and Three Guys Theologizing. He has also contributed to several publications and spoken internationally about the rural church. Kyle joined the Advisory Committee of the RP Global Alliance in 2019 and is committed to pursuing expressions of unity and fellowship with like-minded Reformed Presbyterians around the world. He enjoys being home with his family, most people, reading, the outdoors, and staying active in his local community.

Professor Robert L. W. McCollum was born in Coleraine, Northern Ireland in 1950. He married Sandra in July 1976; together they have three children and seven grandchildren. In 1976, Robert was ordained to the Christian ministry and installed as pastor of Ballylaggan RPC. In 1982, he became a church planter in Lisburn and subsequently minister of the congregation, where he remained until he retired in 2018. Synod appointed him Professor of Pastoral Theology and Homiletics in 1982. He became Principal in 2014 and continues to teach at the Reformed Theological College, Belfast. Robert has served on the RP Global Alliance Advisory Committee since 2019.

Andrew Stewart

Australia (RPCA representative)

Andrew Stewart has been the Australian representative on the RP Global Alliance Advisory Committee since it was established in 2016. He is married to Katie and they have two children – Adam, who is in his final year as a science student at Melbourne University, and Mei, who is in her final year of high school. For almost 22 years, Andrew has been minister of the Geelong Reformed Presbyterian Church of Geelong and serves as an adjunct lecturer in New Testament and Theology at the Reformed Theological College, Melbourne. Within the RPGA, Andrew convenes the Theological Colleges Working Group.

Philip Dunwoody grew up in the Limavady RP congregation in Northern Ireland. He studied Law & Politics at Queen’s University, Belfast and attended Reformed Theological College, Belfast from 2011 to 2014. Philip became the pastor of Dervock RPC in February 2015. In November 2020, he was called to Dromore RPC (County Down, Northern Ireland), where he was installed in March 2021. He is married to Hannah, and they have one daughter, Sophia. Philip joined the RP Global Alliance team in 2020.

Matt Kingswood is the pastor of the Russell Reformed Presbyterian Church. After marrying Tara in 1991, Matt studied Classics at Carleton University (B.A.) in Ottawa. He then received his theological training at Ottawa Theological Hall and Knox Theological Seminary in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (M. Div.). His pastoral internship was served at Trinity Reformed Presbyterian Church in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Matt and Tara worshipped with the Ottawa RPC during their university and seminary days. In the autumn of 1997, a small bible study group in Russell was organized as a mission church of the RPCNA, and the congregation called Matt to serve as teaching elder. Matt has served on the Advisory Committee of RP Global Alliance since its inception.

Stephen Steele

Stephen Steele has been minister of Stranraer RP Church in South West Scotland since 2015. He trained for ministry at the Reformed Theological College (Belfast), having previously completed an MA in Irish History at Queen’s University, Belfast, which focused on Irish Covenanter pastor Thomas Houston. He is married to Carla and they have two girls, Willow and Poppy, and two boys, Isaiah and Elijah. He also serves as chaplain to Stranraer Football Club. Stephen joined the RP Global Alliance team in 2018. Stephen can be reached through the Stranraer church website.

Andrew Quigley

Rev. Dr. Andrew Quigley, originally from Northern Ireland, grew up as a covenant child in Ballylaggan RPC. Having studied Microelectronics and Communications Engineering at the University of Ulster, he did his theological training at the RP Theological College in Belfast. Called to be the Airdrie RP Church minister in 1994, Andrew served in several capacities in the Scottish RP Church, including twenty years as Presbytery Clerk. He was involved in establishing the Reformation Tours ministry, the Semester in Scotland program, the RPCS Good News Magazine, and the Scottish RP Theological College, and helped initiate the RPCNA Short Term Mission program. During his time in Scotland, three congregations were planted. In September 2018, Andrew became minister of the Ottawa RP Church, Canada. He received his Doctor of Ministry degree from RPTS in May 2018. Andrew is married to Heather; they have six children, two of whom are married, and two grandchildren.
