June Prayer Points

2nd-8th June

Sharon RPC (Iowa) & Bloomington RPC (Indiana) – Pray for their Vacation Bible Schools taking place this week.
Clarinda RPC (Iowa) – Please pray for the RPCNA’s upcoming meeting of Synod, June 11-14 in Beaver Falls, PA. Pastor Jonathan Haney and Elder Ren Adams will be representing the Clarinda RP Church at this assembly.
Shawnee RPC (Kansas) – Pray for the Shawnee RP booth at Old Shawnee Days this weekend. Our goal is to show the love of Christ to our neighbours and to point people to the Bible and its sin/salvation gospel reality.
Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary – Please pray for the upcoming Theological Foundations for Youth (TFY) program. Pray that preparations will go well, travel for students will be without complication, and the students will grow in their love for the Lord.
River Valley RPC (Pennsylvania) – This past Lord’s Day at River Valley Reformed, we had the great joy of having Gail McKnight take the membership vows publicly as he joined the church! Gail, a widower who will turn 83 this month, has been a long time adherent first of College Hill Reformed and then River Valley. We praise the Lord for His work in Gail’s heart and for bringing him into the membership of the visible church!
Elkins Park RPC (Pennsylvania) – Give thanks for the ordination of two new deacons.
Kasumigaoka RPC (Kobe, Japan) – Pray that our congregation can serve as a light in the city of Kobe, and that we can boldly witness our Lord to our loving families and friends.

26th May – 1st June

Marion RPC (Indiana) – We spent several weeks learning about evangelism and how to evangelize in Sunday school, and this past Saturday we took it to the streets! We spent Saturday morning knocking on doors, meeting our neighbors around the church and talking to them about Jesus. May the Lord bless this effort as we continue it on a monthly basis.
Orlando RPC (Florida) – Give thanks for Elder Joe Worsham’s faithful service of 50 years.
First RPC (Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania) – Give thanks for the wedding of Ben and Hannah.
Kasumigaoka RPC (Kobe, Japan) – Give thanks for the Bible class for the parents of children in the Sabbath school, with two ladies recently joining.
